Failed checks
If our data supplier cannot complete a check you paid for, we refund the full price of the report. Failed checks are flagged on your report page; we review them daily and issue the refund within 5 business days, or sooner if you contact us.
Completed reports
Because reports are digital and delivered instantly, completed reports are not refundable, except where required by law.
Wrong IMEI
Entered the wrong IMEI? Email support@imeilens.com within 7 days with your order ID and we will rerun the report for the correct number once, free of charge.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Dodo Payments and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
